Cancellation Policy:

Plans change and unexpected events occur. It is our desire to be fair each and every Essence Massage client. For that reason, the following policies are in place.

48 Hour Advance Notice:

This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule for that time. If a 48 hr. notice is not given, you will be charged $100 for your missed appointment. This amount will be charged out at your next scheduled appointment.

No-Shows:

If you consistently forget or choose not to appear for your session, you will be considered a no-show and will be charged the full amount of the missed session.

Late Arrivals:

If you are running late, please let us know, however your session may be shortened or rescheduled in order to accommodate the client following your session. This decision is always at your therapist’s discretion. If your session is shortened or rescheduled due to lateness, you will be responsible for the full session fee.
